cash currently estimated to be around $500k minimum
add $600k as part of placement equates to $1.1 million cash
post consolidation (give and take) should result in around 120 million shares on issue - i have a feeling some advisors and board members will be allocated shares as part of future meeting agenda
At post consol CR price of 3c, that equates to around $3.6 million MC, or roughly $2.5 mill in EV
Not too bad, just shows TC aren't too greedy when it comes to restructuring - as we've seen some recent restructures result in EV of around $1 million
