On quick review it appears the financier that CDG owed debts to went into liquidation (not to mention some of those in charge at the financier were arrested under bad allegations).... It Looks like CDG could never negotiate the release of the security held by the financier from the old liquidator, then new liquidators... obviously this would be required to refinance and continue operating....
Reads like a wrong time, wrong place scenario....
But a very brief review of it by me..
