    I am curious about the performance hurdle concerning two new board appointments as this responsibility belongs to the current board and surely not solely the MD.

    I can't see anyone of the current board retiring as there is a lot of incestuous behaviour in there already, so I guess it's two additional NEDs to come in with fresh corporate rejuvenating blood to be introduced by new CEO/MD from past contacts.
