    Why should it take 12 monthso change the name of the company and appoint two non exec directors? In all fairness it could be done in one month without too much hassle. Purchasing another asset should take longer but again there is no incentive for any quality of the asset.
    Market cap is getting Burbanks going. That is the key. imho
