I'm happy to see a CEO in place, some new blood and enthusiasm, someone who will have skin in the game. All positive and addresses some of my main recent gripes.
$250K pa is peanuts for the skill set required, but they want to keep costs down (presumably to avoid further CR dilution at these low SP levels). As a result, they have to sweeten the deal to get anyone decent. They have dressed it up with some easy targets - so what!
