Looks like a lightweight technically, same as the previous bloke. 4 years experience as a junior geologist.... good luck with that. If you're running a gold mine like yours what you need is a serious narrow-vein gold specialist 25 years+, not another show pony iron ore geologist with even less experience than Sean G.
