Dakota Minerals Limited (“Dakota” or “the Company”) is pleased to advise that the Company’s current Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) Mr David Frances, has been appointed Managing Director effective immediately. In accordance with ASX Listing Rules, Dakota advises that the terms of Mr Frances’ remuneration following his appointment to Managing Director remain unchanged. The Company also advises that Mr Wade Guo has resigned as a director effective immediately. The Board wishes to thank Mr Guo for his services as a non- executive director since May 2012.
