I think in and out of 1.1c whilst short termers exit, 1.1c might even prove a temporary wall depending on how many soph's want out. A nice ann from VHL next week plus a push from Patto's could punch it higher, say 1.2c.

1.4c in the short term is surely asking a bit much, however medium term if things start moving company wise... Depends how long one intends to hold I guess. Noting very speculative bio stock here.
