    What I do like to see is aligning the new appointee with shareholders, via the issuing of options that vest at certain share price milestones. No. It doesn't guarantee success, but it's a step in the right direction and sends the right signals to the market. My gripe is that the milestone targets are never set high enough but that will never change.
