What is missing is experienced management capable of getting the ore to markets at a profit. Finch has proven thts he does not have a clue in this area (he is good at other things). Top priority has to be getting the port operating and that means first getting variation to the consent so stockpiling is permitted rather than having to purchase $30m worth of purpose-built containers.
