Hi Thunder, well if the published statement is false and misleading and has been so for some time they run risk of being prosecuted under trade practices act and maybe elsewhere I would guess.
I'm embarrassed to have invested in the company, not to mention financial loss. It is amazing how one man can do so much damage to so many....and walk away from it.
