I should add I think the options deal for the new CEO stinks. There would be many ordinary investors hurting badly, who are no longer receiving any div, and paid between 50c & one dollar per share. Why should they be having to reward any CEO if sp is down around 20c? That's crap, but more of the same from CAJ unfortunately.
