The school boy Managing Director has left.(Or Fired)
It was just a matter of time.
He was an okay salesman but a bad miner.
He engineered the 2015 cap raise at a very critical point in the company.(Thanks to him for that)
Because he had no experience in mining, he brought a lot of people who would help him make decisions, basically surrounded himself with a lot of Yes Man. Things went wrong.

When Glen Dovaston left (or was fired) they should have searched for a qualified person ,rather than promoting Peter Cash for the position. It is now clear, that the task MOY was undertaking, neither of those individual had the required experience.

Now MOY has hired a qualified professional miner.
Only time will tell how good or bad he will be.
This guy is a clean up specialist.
I am sure he will do a lot of cleanup.(Hiring & firing)
Early this year Warren Hallam joined & resigned Capricon Metals(CMM) in the space of 2 weeks. Does anyone one has any info regarding why so.......probably @xmanrocks would know something. His BS RADAR is very sharp & sensitive.

In today's announcement, it's written MERGER with WESTGOLD, when it should read DE-MERGER.
The company secretary must go as well. He is also one of the YES MAN. It's his job to check this things thoroughly including some misprinting about hedged ounces earlier creating confusion.

Hope this new MD makes things work. So far the market reaction is flat.

@YZ250H ....You were right...the insiders definitely got the news earlier. Somebody is releasing information and the share price is leading the news. So watching the share price is very important when involved in MOY. Look at the Gold price and look at MOY share price...shake my head.
