You're 3/4 quarters wrong mate. The drilling program was well into progress prior to Cash coming in. Drilling did not increase during Cashys tenure it merely continued. And evidently recently stopped as spend on plant upgrades outstripped operational cashflow.

At the time of change over i was very critical of those on here who didn't like the change from Dova to Cash. I supported the need for Cash as you have identified the need for vision and agree, however it is only the plant upgrade and UG that cash has delivered, the drills were there the whole time. Cash didn't fail but merely stumbled at the final hurdle and it cost him credibility and hence his job.
