Thanks for the info, circumstances may have been different there, size, people, controls etc and that kind of money is not here for the take. Also considering this is public knowledge I assume the board would have been aware of this and considered it in the agreed remuneration package.
Importantly : -
"Either party may terminate the MD Agreement by providing the other party with three months written notice
or payment in lieu of notice (Full Time) and two months notice while in the Initial Engagement."
