I hope this mornings announcement will put the status of the project into perspective. Assessing risks at such an early stage is impossible although this is one of the most researched deposits in Queensland so there is a huge amount of historical data already in existence. I have heard that SRK are very positive about the deposit having done a lot of work on it for the previous owners.

It is very early days under the new owners but this is likely to be a very low capex and opex mine as it is really almost quarry like in its operation. The products that can be produced are high value and in great demand. I got in fairly early through a CR along with some other Sophs who were happy to invest in the project. I will be very surprised if it is not successful.
