I have known Neil for 17 years and done very well following his various ventures. He is across at least three major projects at present, including Trek and Bardoc.

Without peeing too much in his large pocket, I can assure fellow holders of a couple of things:

1. He is extremely experienced
2. He is super bright
3. He takes these projects very seriously
4. He is a tireless worker- literally 24/7

That remuneration and incentive package is very very reasonable given his capabilities and work ethic....in my 17 year experience watching how he operates. As the announcement says, he was instrumental in creating a $3b company from a minnow which originally had a market cap of $3m. That’s a thousand times! (I did rather well out of PLS, as did some other current GRV holders!)

GRV would seem to have excellent upside, and I think 2021 will be a very interesting/exciting year for the company. I would buy a lot more, but no ammo at present. And I am not prepared to sell my TKM or BDC, as they also have excellent upside in the short to medium term, in my humble view.

I look forward to the new MD getting his performance shares when this hits 40c- that will be a good day for all of us!!

Those who have been selling their GRV, should take a deep breath, and put on their patience hat- again, in my humble view.
