Having an actual MD is a great leap forward for FFX (from a very low base).
And it was the timing of the terms of the incentive package that I thought was interesting. i.e. the new MD obviously wants his performance measured post-CR.

And no one actually knows how much money we will need to raise, so most of your post is pure speculation.
