I kind of don't read to much into hot copper comments. There is usually a lot emotion attached to a lot of comments.

He has developed and established an extensive network with brokers and corporate finance groups for capital raising in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, China and London, and has been involved with several successful ASX IPO listings, many successful capital raisings, and presented at major venues and conferences in Australia and overseas.

As the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, and Director of TNG, the total compensation of Paul Burton at TNG is AUD$710,138. There are no executives at TNG getting paid more.

That last paragraph could of been the reason Paul Burton stepped down. The top shareholders with TNG got together and made changes within senior management. A good way for TNG to save money is push the highest paid executive out. That is my own opinion.
