Good luck with this SRN holders.
He is talked up about bringing TNG to a market cap of 100 mil etc but he has actually driven the price down lower year on year.

Eventually after two 249D's to oust him and the other directors and having major shareholders come on board too to oust him for him to quickly resign in November so he could negotiate his exit payments before he was sacked, so whatever financial contacts and respect in the resource community people may think he has to bring, is who knows.
He was on around 700k plus and other renumerations and never used his own money to purchase shares but had allocated an interest free loan from the company for shares he still hasn't paid back and TVN (formerley TNG) is in the process of regaining possession of those millions of shares from him or the money owed from them.

I hope the best for SRN holders but can't see a positive in this appointment.
