What was happening TVN? Obviously PB made decisions but that why you have board that need to sign off keep Manager director in check. Has previous directors all resigned? Vald probably looking at PB as more cost effective way secure uptake agreement or financial backer contact PB has. $300k year plus stock options of 30M broken up 10M to meet share price milestones. Vald no doubt knows what he wants from this appointment PB. Interesting 6 months SRN.
