The new board has to clean up his mess first. No expected newsflow until that's done.
Shareholders are fully in support and behind the new board which, at least, is as transparent as they come. Unlike PB ever was. Shady is an understatement.

The latest 99% vote on change of company name to change page shows that.

If you want to selectively quote price action, look at the nearly 50% vertical drop which happened when it was announced that PB managed to stay in power, by 1% of votes, in September. The increase in price before that reflected the hope that the board would be cleared of him and associated chronies. It took a few more months to get that done at which point the company had had no actual business related newsflow for a while, as it was going nowhere with him in charge.
