Everyone is different, but MA totally mislead SH. Hard work or no hard work, that just no acceptable.

Stating no CR to next minute a 100M CR. Then spending that 100M like confetti to hit short term goals to get bonuses. Then leaving or some say sacked. He was the straw that broke the camel's back with FFX.

Every forum on here for each stock has comments from none holders, 90% against the stock, 10% none holders enquiring. It Hotcopper. It's life.

But when a company has been battered by a director I think it's fair for some if not a few let another company's SH the background of this director, They may not know.

MA has been on the board FFX - disaster.

MA on board of AW1 - IPO 20c now sitting at 5c and CR.

MA on board of FRS - time of appointment 13c now 11.5c in 3 weeks, but very early days.

It's not I told you so I believe but just note to SH should do there due diligence on this guy.
