I remember thinking at the time Booth was appointed CEO that it was weird he was not also appointed MD, as is more usual.
To me it was a sign of a closely held company handing over responsibility for failures of the company's performance while the incumbent directors retain their hold on power. To me it was yet another sign of poor governance. Even more so with such a tiny board, desperately in need of alternative talent.
