When I asked for an update on operations from David (only non-price sensitive info), I was told that information will be provided to all shareholders in 'due course' and that going forward he will not provide any informal update over the phone, rather only discuss announcements that have already been released to market.
Its been almost 2 and a half months since we have received a market update from SBR. Even more concerning is that SBR pumped over $5mil into Guchab Highlands and aimed for an initial Jorc by mid 2014; over one year on and no jorc, and no mention of this prospect at all. If you wanted a reason why the SP is hovering at 1 cent, well this would be it.
Im not sure what everyone's thoughts are, but I think a candid MD over the phone is the least we deserve. Either provide timely updates to the market or provide it over the phone when requested.
