The problem is if its allowed it sets a trend. Next JS will asking for his free hand out like MH got and because MH does nothing and JS does all the work (and SP value will be greater), it will hurt alot more than now. It wont end there either they'll all be lining up for freebies, ripping us silly Share Holders off.
I like things the way they are, Share Holders rewarded first with value added to the company by milestones being met before bonus. Earn it first.
This company was on ot knees scratching for survival, just 18 months ago raising $5M and now just 18m later MH who is nothing special chairing a few meetings and paid for it wants a similar amount? Is this a joke.
This needs to be nipped in the bud now.
