That may very well be the case in the unknown future, but ATM all the actions of the board and JS state otherwise. Including the Independent Report just recently. I don't think you can compare what Sundance did, compared to what we have done to date.
Bit early to be all doom and gloom. We're literally days into the 2nd Q and you yourself have stated, more than likely the ML will be granted towards the end of the year after the 7c options expire.
So which hypothetical thesis is it @tiptruck?
