    Maybe. But more likely is the hesitation and lack of confidence in a very traditional industry to change, even slightly - eg lack of mortar makes walls slightly lower, minor adjustments for slightly out of place blocks (tapping and wedges), different the way of fixing vertical rio, etc - even though the net result is an equivalent structurally sound build, as proven by 40 build passing certification

    on the other hand, the much greater imperfections of 3D concrete builds are largely ignored because the 3D builds are not trying to look like standard builds.

    These days, except for very small or specialised jobs nob ody carts concrete in wheelbarrows or digs trenches with pick and shovel. Concrete pumps, backhoes and tractors are used, and these are hired by the hour. When hadrianx becomes ubiquitous people will treat it the same.

    Many trucks now have their own unloading devices - I can imagine a semitrailer with the hx boom at one end and it can unload and place the material exactly where required
