The last info from Mike was , FBR charged at equivalent cost of bricklayers to do the job , savings to builders is speed. Returns on hadrian investment based on speed and size of bricks to build walls against bricklayer equivalent cost. IMO reason for some optimism Now Mark has made it clear all options are on the table
