    The company needs to be turned around and capitalise on an industry
    ready to regear after some very bad publicity and shoddy operators.
    They want to pay him well with incentives, as they believe he is the
    can do type with the right credentials.

    The right direction and steps here for ASH and this could rerate in a big way.
    Patience required, good fortune to all .
