Sorry if I am bugging on too much but I have never seen a deal like this before. Either Jon Gourlay is not going to do anything much or...there is strong confidence the share price will exceed $0.12 within a year. If all works it is probably a way of financing all the ...new mouths to feed as someone said previously.
