Not a real comparison.
When you sell a house, you pay one person on success only and usually only 2-3%
In this situation you have an entire board receiving fees and engaging an agent (who im assuming is also getting paid a monthly fee ( I may be wrong)). Funds are being wasted thats a FACT. If somebody else is doing all of the work why arent the board conserving cash and forgoing their own salary. Granted they be forgoing their salary already, we dont know, but perhaps a announcement to this affect would restore some confidence in the management
