Time to give directors their remuneration ins shares at 1.1c (no brainer shareprice is so low, I would also want to get cheap shares as payment)
‘That, for the purposes of Listing Rule 10.14 and for all other purposes,
approval is given for the Company to issue up to 2,954,546 Shares to Mr Ross
Ashton (or his nominee) in satisfaction of his cash remuneration of $32,500 for
the 6-month period 1 May 2024 to 30 October 2024 on the terms and
conditions set out in the Explanatory Statement.’
