ahhh I see.....kinda like avoid the facts (whats recorded in the companies statements) and make up your own assumptions to suit what you want to believe.
However in this case the disagreement was very well explained to the markets and the timing of the resignation also fairly self explanatory.
But plenty of things going on with this company that is obvious to many and the markets but not so clear to others.
