I am a long term holder and believe that the fundamentals are good. In 5 years no-one will care about the auditors coming and going, only the company's performance, dividends etc. I'm not sure why you seem to have so much angst for BRL if you are out. The company will obviously continue along its way, so why so much energy being expended? What do you hope to achieve with constant negative comments? You seem to make the same points over and over.
