Fundamentally it's the same thing the rest of us are doing. Your protestations about the board and it's actions are meaningless when there's a buck in it for you eh!? Morals and ethics be damned... seems like you've put yourself in the same company as that very same board you've been slagging off - and you justify it because it's a "trading opportunity".
