Yes would be nice if shareholders could convert but I would be surprised if SP gets anywhere near it.

My bet is that the company will de-list ASX and remain private. I have not followed closely for a while, but Madam + associates owned somewhere in the vacinity of 80-90% of the company. Of course they will need funds to develop the resource.. the question is whether their pockets are deep enough to go it alone
