IMO Before Rob would have taken this position Cougar would have had to prove to Rob Neill that CXY has a positive future and to be fiancial enough to take on up coming developments other wise Rob would have wanted a better money package up front not some pie in the sky thing for future growth. Also I can't see someone with Robs credentials taking on something that would tarnish his reputation. I haven't done a back ground check as yet but on face value this looks good.
