    This appointment is a clear indication that we are on still on the path to commercialisation.

    The right man, for the right job, at the right time.

    There is no point speculating why Guido is stepping down ......... but I also know it won't stop the speculation from some here.

    Guido is still advising the board, but his work is clearly almost done.
