    For a US 1Billion dollar sale (I wish), the total sales pool is US$30 million + 7.5% of US$450M. I think that works out to ~$63.75M total, which is split between the senior management. I think that leaves us with ~91 cents AUD per share.

    For a US$120M sale we would get 11.1c AUD per share
