The fact no reason given for resignation tempts me to suspect filter not going as planned.
But if any such bad news is ann within, say, next couple of weeks, it'll be difficult for the company to defend suggestion that such bad news was known before the resignation and explain why shareholders weren't informed.
So, it seems to me that if MHM is to avoid a stoush with ASX, if there is any near term ann it will have to be good news.
The fact no reason given for resignation tempts me to suspect...
