Yep. It's a gift at these prices. I had expected the HPP share price to have re-rated already, but it hasn't. If it's ever going to, the Kapua orchard sale and repayment of the AMD con notes is the likely catalyst. Let's say they sell it for A$40m, thats $30m of net cash coming into the business ie we'll be trading at a discount to cash before you even consider the receivables/inventory position. The business doesnt need that much working capital, especially given the new debt facility thats been put in place. That leads me to believe there will be further strategic investments/m&a to follow....or potentially a capital return but thats not my preference.
