Not only 'HOLDING' his shares but still an active player I would suggest, with the ability to identify 'possibles' and share with SMA...adding to the value he already has!
And his replacement has the credentials to seamlessly fit in to the role and assist to lead the company forward.
It is still WHO you KNOW...and what Kudos you can use to influence...
