    I find it interesting and very positive that the transition to the new board has been smooth and without angst.

    Perhaps the old board thought it time for new blood to drive the company into the future.

    I note Len's holdings and I would think he will do all he can to advance the company's prospects as it has been his baby and considering what he stands to gain.

    Overall........I'm looking forward to the next 12-18 months as I believe Cougar is now on track to a much brighter future.
