Agreed - I think its a great endorsement of the company to have someone of Geoffrey Clifford's standing join the board.
I think the stock is cheap as I've pointed out here before....EV is only about $6 or 7m when you account for stakes in KAI & OGX.
OGX is a real sleeper for them - well worth a read of the recent news, if you're not across this story.
The TYXOC's are my preferred way of playing the story; the 4c 3.5 year options offer great leverage.
