    Mr Fyfe is appointed on a contract comprising a Total Fixed Remuneration (TFR) of $260,000 plus
    statutory superannuation, and a Short Term Incentive (STI) based on achieving goals related to the
    growth of the business payable in cash."

    STI payed in cash not shares or options......  i guess his plans at HPR are not long term.
