There seems to be a growing list apart from Norway. They are seemingly leading the way in moving towards this technology.

I think there are upcoming restrictions on combustion engine cars all over the world in some form, which is giving the existing players a reason to invest in EV's and plan for the future. Simple search on google gives a list of countries and their incentives, restriction or targets. Norway definitely isn't alone

Its also interesting that their Sovereign wealth fund, the biggest on planet is moving away from its fossil fuel investments and into clearer investments.

I guess Lithium in the end is considered a cleaner alternative?
