Hi punter45,
I have been in situations where I tried to juggle to many moving parts in large projects and after bringing a second manager to look at things I wasn't giving enough time to ultimately was a great decision that made for a better outcome. Martin and Anthony have probably had a conversation that brought about the hiring of Simon. AT can now focus on what he does best and leave the engineering side of the business to Simon.
All good IMHO.
