GXY would have been seen as a potential stand alone anyway.

Another executive position has been added to the Company starting in July, princibly, to take GXY through its next "phase of growth" with developement of SDV and JB as stated in the announcement. .

You speculate that Rowley is making a deliberate move to transition the Company for a "friendly" takeover.

Mate, Think Again. imo

If you are even remotely correct its akin to being shafted by our own Management.

I haven't seen anything in the GXY's trading that suggests anything is in the works re a Takeover, friendly or other.! imo
