It is always disappointing when there is such a change but I detected that shareholders were unhappy with progress. I don't see it as all bad if its run from the USA given that Oceania is probably a much more mature business and the real potential comes from the US markets. I have started to use their products and that prompted me to buy-in. I hated the old fashioned products they used to have and really enjoyed the newer more modern products that have seemed to start appearing. The latest one I saw was a cutter system at bunnings so that you can modify a standard blind at Bunnings. That has made me feel they are headed in the right direction.

Sometimes managers leave just before success as the mission has worn them out, but another company sees the progress and poaches the manager. I am hopeful that is what we have here. I would welcome a takeover if it hit say 45c which is virtually the decline is OZ vs US $...
